Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Olympic Park in a full-time capacity. Ideal candidates will be available Mon - Sun on a rotating roster.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
* Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
* Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
* Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
* Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
* Enter and update patient registration details
* Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
* Strong customer service and patient focus skills

* High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
* Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
