Position Overview
We are seeking a casual In‑Store Merchandiser to service our accounts in Macarthur Square, NSW. This is a casual position offered on a Monday (excluding public holidays). Hours will vary from approximately 2–3 hours per week, and may increase slightly during peak periods such as Christmas.
You are entitled to accept or reject any shifts offered due to the casual nature of employment.
Key Responsibilities & Skill Set
* Work independently where required
* Merchandise and service customers to the standard set by Simson Greeting Cards in a timely manner
* Follow a planogram to display product
* Use merchandising tactics to increase sales potential of customers
* Provide merchandising, stock control and promotional activities
* Communicate effectively with all relevant members of Head Office
* Ensure stock control levels are maintained for seasonal / promotional events and general sales
* Develop and sustain a high level of product knowledge
