Project Supervisor – Civil & Mining | Pilbara Region
Are you an experienced Project Supervisor with a strong understanding of the commercial and contractual obligations of construction projects? Do you have the leadership skills to drive safety, quality, and financial outcomes while managing a high-performing team?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader with a proven track record in civil and mining projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with reporting and project execution requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Experience
* Demonstrated supervisory experience in the Pilbara environment
* Strong background in civil earthworks and civil construction
* Exposure to oil & gas or mining projects (preferred)
* S26 Supervisor certification (mandatory)
* Ability to manage large and small teams effectively
* Solid understanding of earthmoving equipment maintenance and management
* Proven experience in roster management and workforce allocation
* Capacity to supervise multiple work groups concurrently

Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years' experience as a supervisor
* Open Class Driver's License
* S26 Supervisor certification (mandatory)
* Previous FIFO or DIDO experience (desired)
* Previous Pilbara-based experience (desired)
* Full Australian working rights
* Senior First Aid
* Demonstrate Fire Attack certificate
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide Police Clearance
