Hudson is growing our Government practice in Canberra, and we're looking for an exceptional Talent Specialist who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and growing a desk with strong foundations and enormous potential.

What You'll Be Doing
* Build and grow relationships with hiring managers and departments
* Identify new opportunities across temporary, contract & non-ongoing recruitment
* Develop quality talent pipelines across Business Support & Corporate Services
* Conduct compliance checks including security clearance verification, work rights, references and qualifications
* Strengthen contractor care and drive retention
* Take a strategic, sales‐focused approach to expanding a warm but growth‐ready desk
Who You Are
* Commercial, driven and motivated to build something of your own
* Confident initiating conversations and creating opportunities
* Passionate about long‐term client relationships built on trust
* A strong communicator with polish, maturity, and influence
* Excited by the challenge of growth, not afraid of outreach or hustle
* Experience in recruitment or a sales/client‐facing environment (ideal but not essential)

Casual Loading
