Your new role
As a Project Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our business-building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Identify project opportunities and provide expert product/service recommendations
* Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and project plans
* Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful execution
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in project sales, account management, or consulting
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
* Real Estate Certificate at a minimum
* Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
