Overview
We are currently working across a number of family law roles in Melbourne, spanning junior through to senior level, across a range of firm types and environments. Range of work: Property and financial settlements, parenting matters, binding financial agreements, complex financial structures, superannuation and international family law. Multiple seniority levels: Roles open from 2 to 7+ years PAE across specialist boutiques and well-regarded full-service firms.

About the roles
Property and financial settlements, parenting arrangements, binding financial agreements, child support, spousal maintenance and intervention orders across a diverse private client base. Complex and specialist matters including superannuation disputes, bankruptcy, receivership, international family law and surrogacy within dedicated specialist practices with accredited specialists on staff. Mediation, negotiation and court advocacy in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia across practices consistently recognised as leading Melbourne family law firms.
Ideal candidate
* 2–7+ years' PAE with demonstrated experience in family law, including property and/or parenting matters.
* Committed to the area – whether working toward accreditation or already an accredited specialist.
* Solid drafting and communication skills with genuine empathy for clients navigating difficult circumstances.
* Collaborative team player with the organisational skills to manage a busy file load.
