About the Role
This position provides a key project management function for the Office of Digital Government's Cyber Security Unit, by leading and developing digital transformation initiatives for cyber security that are outlined and supported by the WA Government Digital Strategy and the WA Government Cyber Security Policy, including:
Responsibilities
* Project coordination with external stakeholders including local and state government, universities, and private industry to develop projects that improve the cyber security resilience of the WA Government sector
* Undertaking complex research, analysis and project management to support the Cyber Security Unit and the entities it supports in advancing their cyber security capabilities
* Working on strategic engagements to deliver on CSU and DGov priorities
* Managing projects that develop whole of government solutions to complex cyber security matters
Qualifications and Requirements
* Current and detailed résumé/curriculum vitae outlining current and previous achievements
* A written application demonstrating how you meet the Work-Related Capabilities (Selection Criteria) as detailed in the attached JDF, not more than 2 pages
* If applying on a secondment, an in principle approval from your line manager for the release
* Proof of identity (100‐point check)
* Satisfactory National Police Certificate issued by the Western Australian Police Force, less than two months from issue date
Fixed Term Appointment
To be eligible for fixed term appointment you must have a current visa that allows you to work for the required term and hours of the contract.
