About the Role
Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Release/Processing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day order management and processing activities using our advanced Manhattan Scale WMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily order waving, batching, prioritisation, and release for picking
* Maintain and optimise wave templates to improve picking efficiency and reduce travel time
* Ensure orders are completed within despatch lead times
* Collaborate closely with the Allocation Team to manage stock replenishment and order types
* Drive continuous improvement by analysing system behaviours and challenging current processes
* Monitor KPIs and provide productivity reports to operational teams
* Coordinate Value Added Services (VAS) and support resource planning
* Lead by example in health, safety, and compliance standards
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in warehouse operations and WMS (preferably Manhattan Scale)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
