Commercial Operations Leader
We are seeking a strategic Commercial Operations Leader to drive commercial excellence and lead the development of best practices across finance, procurement, logistics, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure business policies and procedures are embedded in operational plans and adhered to during implementation.
* Contribute to senior management decision-making and business planning.
* Provide commercial advice and innovative solutions to support operational and financial targets.
* Support the achievement of departmental and organisational goals through collaboration and effective communication.
* Manage cost and management accounting, including cash flow forecasts.
* Assist with statutory and financial accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations.
* Manage site ERP, fixed asset register, accounts payable, and payroll activities.
* Develop and maintain reporting and analysis tools and capital expenditure evaluation tools.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
* Champion the company's commitment to safety, risk, and change management, continuous improvement, and community engagement.
