Raine & Horne Southern Highlands is looking for a motivated Sales Associate / Assistant Agent to join our team and work alongside one of the region’s top-performing agents.
Based in our Bowral office, you will support property campaigns across the Southern Highlands and Kangaroo Valley, gaining real hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of property sales.
You will be working closely with a high-performing agent and learning what it takes to succeed in the industry while being part of a driven, supportive team environment where no two days are the same.
Position Details
* Location: Bowral office
* Days: Tuesday – Friday 9:30am – 3:00pm
* Saturday: 10:30am – 3:00pm
* Supporting listings across the Southern Highlands and Kangaroo Valley
About the Role
This is a varied role where you will be involved in the day-to-day activities that keep sales campaigns moving and clients supported.
Responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with property listings and marketing preparation
* Attending open homes and property inspections
* Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining CRM records
* Coordinating sales administration and campaign activity
* Supporting the lead agent with day-to-day sales tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people. You will be someone who is eager to learn and interested in building a career in real estate.
To be considered you will need:
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent)
* Stock and Station endorsement on your certificate
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A positive attitude and attention to detail
* A genuine interest in building a career in real estate sales
Previous real estate experience is welcome but not essential for the right person with the right attitude.
