What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Supporting residents during mealtimes and ensuring a dignified dining experience
* Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or behaviour
* Assisting with mobility, transfers, and positioning
* Maintaining safety and infection control standards
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are not only qualified but genuinely care.
Essential:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Physically fit for safe manual handling tasks
* Confident using tablets/smartphones for work purposes
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Two recent managerial references
* Police Check (we cover the cost!)
Desirable:
* Prior experience in Residential Aged Care
* Medication Administration Certification
