This is a leadership role within our aquatics operations team. We are seeking an experienced Aquatics Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our outdoor pools, leading and developing a team of lifeguards to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in aquatic operations and customer service, with supervisory or leadership experience. They will also possess strong knowledge of pool plant operations and water safety compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily aquatic operations, including staff supervision, pool plant maintenance, and customer safety. You will lead and develop a team of lifeguards to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring water quality and compliance with health regulations.

You will also be responsible for supporting roster management and operational planning, maintaining pool surrounds and equipment to a high standard. Additionally, you will assist patrons with enquiries and ensure a welcoming, positive experience.
