Job Title: Business Operations Manager
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our school support team, including supervision and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage school support staff workloads and monitor their performance
2. Oversee signatories/approval of timesheets, leave applications, rosters, and arrange relief
3. Organize recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff
4. Participate in decision making activities of the school management team
5. Assist with budget preparation and administer financial matters
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in business operations or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* A strong understanding of financial management principles
