Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
* Full ownership of projects from early stages to handover
* Manage programming, quality, budgets, and safety
* Mentor and guide a Contract Administrator
* Lead construction delivery alongside your Site Manager
* Maintain strong client and consultant relationships
* Report directly to the company Directors
* Oversee 1–2 projects at varying stages with internal support
* Use Procore, MS Project, and Muli (training provided)
About You
You’re a commercially focused Project Manager with strong technical skills and a hands-on approach. You enjoy leading teams, building relationships, and taking ownership of your work.
You’ll bring
* 5+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Previous experience as a Contract Administrator (essential)
* Proven delivery of new builds or refurbishments $5M+
* Strong understanding of structural and civil works
* Ability to interpret technical drawings with confidence
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Relevant qualifications in Construction, Building, or Engineering
* Commercial head contractor experience (not residential-only)
