This senior leadership role offers the chance to spearhead customer service delivery and team management for laboratory equipment and solutions across ANZ.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, technical support, installation, maintenance, and training for our clients.
* Customer Service Delivery: Drive exceptional service experiences for our customers through effective planning, training, and collaboration.
* Service Team Management: Oversee the performance of the service team across ANZ, focusing on safety, wellbeing, process compliance, and service excellence.
* Resource Planning and Utilization: Strategically plan and utilize resources to drive success and meet customer needs.
* Target Development and Monitoring: Develop, monitor, and manage customer satisfaction, operational, and financial targets for each service team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years in a service management role, preferably within the laboratory, scientific equipment, or healthcare sector.
* Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and complaints efficiently, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Financial Acumen: Strong financial and commercial acumen, with Australian working rights essential.
