We are currently seeking an experienced **Advanced Field Service Specialist** to join our HPS team in our Perth, WA office. Reporting to the **Program Manager,** your focus will be to service and install across a large variety of industrial solutions within the Assurance 360 contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the delivery of Process Control Systems diagnostics, monitoring, routine & remedial maintenance.
- Implementation of Control Systems projects, typically using Honeywell TPS and/or Experion controller and supervisory systems, and/or third-party PLC controllers.
- Implement projects using Honeywell Tools and processes, provide input for constant improvement of processes.
- Configuration and management of Network Communication Appliances, e.g., switches, routers, firewalls with associated tools and editors.
- Maintain, install and service Honeywell packages and other software's within a virtual environment, e.g., VMWARE, setting systems using EXI HOSTS
- Maintain, install and service Industrial control equipment on a variety of industrial sites e.g., FPSO's, Platforms, LNG Process Plants or other Oil & Gas facilities.
- Customer reporting and meeting planned service requirements.
- Conduct customer acceptance testing and final commissioning of systems on site.
- Comply with Honeywell engineering processes tools and methodologies.
- Identifying and acting upon, sales and service opportunities
- Respond to customer call outs in a timely manner.
- Attend customer site on request and respond to needs.
- Provide Customer Service report (CSR) and technical reports as required.
- Manage, log and track system issues including Service Requests (SRs) raised for incident and Problem management.
- To keep technical knowledge current - will require additional activities, such as self-learning on technical products.
- Be initial focal point for customer technical inquiries.
- Keep customer fully informed of possible system enhancements and upgrade paths.
- To keep abreast of site and customer needs by continued development of customer relationships.
- Be able to manage assigned contracts and jobs both technically and financially.
- Providing technical support to peers, which may include other technical representatives, Account Managers, Project Engineers etc.
- Small project Management - Projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the desired quality standards.

**Key Experience & Capabilities**:

- Degree qualification in an engineering discipline, Electrical and/or Instrumentation engineering - preferred.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license - mandatory
- Good understanding of the financial aspects of engineering.
- Exceptional PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft software packages.
- Outstanding communications skills. The ability to communicate complex issues concisely and with clarity.
- Experience with direct customer contact, building rapport.
- Understanding of engineering and industrial systems work cultures.
