At Aged Care Decisions, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconciliation of Balance Sheet & Key P&L Accounts
* Preparation of comprehensive management accounts ready for presentation to stakeholders
* Analytical review and communication of findings to the General Manager of Finance
* General accounting journals and maintenance
* Owning departmental financial reporting and forecasting
* Ad hoc analysis and contributing to new reporting tools
* Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Management, and Statutory Reporting
This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, 2+ years' experience in accounting, and extensive knowledge of online accounting software. You will work closely with the General Manager of Finance, finance team, and provider growth team, building relationships with suppliers, clients, and partners.
