We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This rewarding role involves providing support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plan, assisting with daily living activities, and offering transportation assistance.
* Provide person-centred care to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Offer transportation support to clients, enabling them to access essential services and participate in community activities.

* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and carers.

* Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
Requirements

* A minimum of high school or equivalent qualification.
* Certificate 2 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion (highly regarded).
* Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disabilities.
* Availability for day shifts, night shifts, sleepovers, and weekends.
