About the Role:
The position of Project Management Specialist involves overseeing and executing various aspects of project management worldwide. This role requires a high level of technical and business acumen, ensuring compliance with contracts, maintaining safety and quality standards, meeting project deadlines, and achieving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential project engineering functions, including monitoring progress, preparing procedures, documenting communications, and identifying/evaluating project issues and problems.
">
1. • Coordinate and/or manage the efforts of technical disciplines, vendors, and licensors to ensure integrated and completed designs that meet project requirements and contractual obligations.
">
2. • Support creation and coordination of overall project plans and schedules, and monitor activities, progress, and milestones against the plans.
">
3. • Support creation and coordination of project effort hours, and cost estimates and budgets, and monitor progress and cost performance against these.
">
4. • Coordinate the preparation, delivery, and coordination of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.

5. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
This position requires an accredited four-year degree in an engineering field and seven years of work-related experience. A recognized professional certification or registration is also desirable. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively, possess job-related technical knowledge, learn and apply local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines, and attend to detail while working in a time-conscious manner are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
Seven years of experience in the EPFC/CM industry, with at least one successful construction/commissioning completed field assignment. Experience executing and managing risk assessments initiatives, international locations, diverse cultural environments, and proficiency in Fluor's software tools and databases are preferred.
