The Enterprise Technology Services Lead will be at the forefront of this mission, providing technical leadership across enterprise platforms and overseeing IT service delivery to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical guidance on end-to-end infrastructure solutions, encompassing satellite connectivity, NBN fibre, fixed wireless, 4G/5G mobile networks, and advanced Wi-Fi design standards and services.
* Lead technical design and delivery as part of a cross-functional team to enable seamless onboarding of Business-to-Business (B2B) customers across rural and regional Australia.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions that drive successful business outcomes.
* Collaborate with B2B technology teams and strategic partners to scale and optimize digital workplace solutions for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
* Conduct gap analysis between current and target states for B2B customers, defining, scoping, and estimating the work required to bridge identified gaps.
Requirements
* Proven leadership and IT management expertise, driving efficient operations and successful project delivery.
* Strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and IT security, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions.
* Hands-on experience in solution design, including cost and timeline estimation, developing and building technology implementation plans.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
* Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities, optimizing partnerships and commercial outcomes.
* Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
