Our client is launching a national Sales Partner Program to support their installer network in the fast-moving home energy/storage market. You will act as the trusted sales executive on behalf of their installer partners who generate leads but don’t have the bandwidth to close them. You are not competing with them — you enhance their pipeline, extend their reach and deliver value by converting qualified leads into closed systems. Their installer partners handle design, permitting, installation and service. You take the lead-generated opportunities (national, pre-qualified), engage senior homeowners / decision-makers and deliver the outcome: a signed agreement and seamless hand-off to their installer partner for fulfilment. You’ll thrive if you have a sophisticated sales background (real-estate, automotive, enterprise B2B), are comfortable closing high-ticket deals, and appreciate being the bridge between lead generation and operational execution. Why this is a standout role Pre-qualified national leads provided : No cold-calling or retail walk-ins required. You focus purely on closing. Uncapped margin-based earnings : You earn a healthy margin on each system sold — aligned with installer partners. Executive role, remote flexible : Operate nationally with autonomy, supported by a lean internal team and installer network. Value-driven industry : The context of the Australian energy transition (battery rebates, solar storage demand) gives strong momentum and credibility. Partnership rather than competition : You serve as the sales arm of our installer network, reinforcing trust and collaboration. What you’ll do: Engage with leads (homeowners or decision-makers) passed to you by our lead-generation channel. Qualify needs, present tailored home battery/energy system solutions (leveraging rebate incentives where applicable), lead them through decision-making. Secure signed agreements, hand-over to installer partner for installation. Maintain strong relationships with installer partners, ensuring hand-off is smooth and customer experience is excellent. Track your pipeline and performance metrics, collaborate with internal operations and marketing to optimise conversion. What you’ll need to succeed : Proven track record in closing high-value deals (preferably > $10K value) in real-estate, automotive, luxury goods or consultative B2B. Self-motivated, outcome-driven, strategic mindset — you treat each lead as an opportunity to deliver value and margin. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong consultative presence with homeowners and decision-makers. Comfortable managing a remote/flexible role, working autonomously within a partnership network. Familiarity with energy systems, solar/battery market or the willingness to learn quickly (advantageous, not essential). Ability to align your sales approach with partner network goals: you represent your installer partners professionally, ethically and collaboratively.
