Job Description:
We provide individualized support to enable people to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our team members deliver care that is tailored to each person's needs and goals, promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being.
* Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Providing mobility support and assistance with daily living tasks
* Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
* Offering companionship and social support
* Accompanying clients on outings and activities
* Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each client
* Building strong relationships with clients and their families
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a set roster to ensure consistent support for our clients.
