This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of machinery operation, computer-based tasks, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Batch concrete orders using computerised systems. Operate front-end loader and other plant machinery. Monitor production metrics and ensure quality output. General yard duties and plant cleaning. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. About You: Experience in concrete batching (highly regarded). Front-end loader and/or forklift operating experience. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a safety-critical environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Requirements: White Card. Front End Loader ticket (essential). Must be able to confidently undergo pre-employment testing and medical checks.
