What You'll Do
Oversee all aspects of the project including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
Manage client relationships and ensure their expectations are met
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with building regulations
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or institutional construction
Strong knowledge of project delivery, compliance, and risk management
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to problem-solve and make practical decisions under pressure
