Production Operator at Thiess
Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation is seeking Haul Truck and Multi‑Skilled Operators with open cut experience and refined operating skills in Heavy Earthmoving equipment including Cat 793 Haul Trucks, Komatsu 930, D10 / D11 Dozers, 16 & 24 Graders, 994 Loaders, 777 water cart. You will be required to work on a rotating lifestyle roster 5/4 4/5 5/5 that includes day, night and weekend work.
About You
* Proven abilities in operating heavy earth moving machinery in a mining environment
* Current RPL/ competencies to reflect your skill‑set to be provided at interview
* Good communication skills with the willingness to be part of a high‑performance team
* Commitment to the highest safety, community and environmental standards
* Experience in operating large heavy plant
* Initiative and a flexible approach to work, with a proactive approach and productive mindset
* Ability to work to direction and be self‑motivated
