The Opportunity
Ready to become a Mini Monstars Music Coach?
We’re looking for energetic, reliable and engaging individuals to deliver our signature play-based music and movement programs across Mackay and Whitsundays region for children aged 0–5 in early learning centres.
Using our pre-written, proven sessions, you’ll bring music to life through song, rhythm, instruments, movement and imagination, helping little learners build confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of music.
What Your Day Looks Like
* Deliver fun, interactive music sessions (30–45 mins)
* Lead groups of up to 20 children through structured musical play
* Sing, move, play instruments and demonstrate actions (yes… plenty of dancing and silly songs!)
* Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
* Work closely with educators to support each group
* Shifts run mornings through early afternoons (Mon–Fri only)
* Perfect for school hours or around your uni schedule

Requirements
* Current Employee WWCC
* Experience working with children (especially under 5s)
* Driver’s licence + reliable transport (travelling between centres)
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Understanding of ECEC frameworks (EYLF/NQS)
