Role:
As a Front End Developer and Practice Lead, you will oversee software development projects, write optimized code, and provide technical guidance to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the quality and functionality of the software produced by your team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of responsive React-based interfaces for internal and external users.
* Manage a team working with complex data interfaces.
* Establish and guide UI development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews.
* Collaborate with management on cross-team designs and engage with stakeholders across the business
* Maintain and debug CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Jenkins, Gitlab, or Kubernetes
About YouYou are a technical leader who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You possess:
* Experience: 5+ years in senior software engineering roles.
* Tech Stack: Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js with strong JavaScript fundamentals.
* Backend Knowledge: Strong experience with API and Database development to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Architectural Skills: Expertise in component-driven architecture, automated testing, and modern dev workflows.
* Optimization: A proven track record of improving UI responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
* Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent certification (highly desirable).
