ABOUT US The X-Ray Group, part of the IDX group, is a well-established leading diagnostic imaging provider in the Albury/Wodonga region, offering comprehensive services including fully licensed MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, and X-ray.
ABOUT THE ROLE Working as part of a team and being the face of our organization, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury Clinics. You will deliver high standards of service to our patients, referrers, and community.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
2. Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
3. Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
4. Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
5. Prepping Patients: Communicate clearly with patients about preparation, costing estimates, and other requirements.
This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday .
