About the Role
A Solution Advisor Associate plays a vital part in the sales cycle, leveraging functional and technical knowledge to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions.
The role requires close collaboration with customers and prospects to deliver software demonstrations, participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations that help customers understand SAP's unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in experiential learning opportunities worldwide, acquiring business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies.
* Receive on-the-job training under senior Solution Advisor mentorship, gaining real-world experience and skills necessary to guide customers through Digital Transformation journey.
The program enriches knowledge of SAP and provides professional experience serving customers. Full-time employment from day one includes practical learning applications for role.
Solution Areas Focus:
* SAP SuccessFactors (HCM): Strong foundation in core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance management.
* SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM): Knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Product and Project lifecycle management.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of professional experience with strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills.
* Technical and business process knowledge, strong problem-solving skills supporting solution delivery and operational efficiency.
* Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships, internally and externally.
* Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge delivering results.
* Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics identifying business problems solvable with AI.
* Resilient mindset embracing challenges with optimism and drive for growth.
* Strong business acumen with knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
* Proficiency in English engaging global network.
