Your role will ensure agreements deliver value, comply with legislative and policy requirements - including Traditional Owner rights - and support conservation and visitor outcomes in line with government policies for Crown land. We're looking for someone with: * Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles related to commercial agreements, leases, licences, or public land management, ideally within a public-sector or conservation context. * Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental management, public land management, business management, or a related field are desirable. * Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. * Strong understanding of public land management, commercial agreements, asset management, and associated legislative frameworks.
