The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and project management expertise. This role requires:
* Developing and implementing processes for managing changes to the people perimeter;
* Managing rules of engagement with key partners;
* Ensuring data requirements outlined in separation documents are met;
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date People Perimeter datasets;
* Regularly validating and cleansing employee census data;
* Tracking changes to roles and impacts within the People Perimeter;
* Updating and maintaining Day 1 organizational charts;
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, 5+ years' experience in a similar role, and proficiency in data reporting and communication.
