**About the Role**
Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team as a **casual**, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster. You must be able to commit to a variety of **sleepover shifts** and **3 hour day shifts.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with psychosocial disability or mental health concerns
- Previous experience working with behaviour support plans
- An unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
