The Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our expanding team.

**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to work and support the F&B; team across multiple locations throughout Taronga Zoo. Reporting to the Retail Catering Manager - Taronga Zoo, you will be responsible for leading the successful management a designated outlet, ensuring that all outlets operate in a sustainable, courteous and efficient manner, this role is responsible for developing strong, reliable, and professional relationships with all staff, internal and external stakeholders.
**To ensure your success in this role, you will have**:
- Supervisory experience in a similar high-volume outlet.
- Compliance with department standards, to ensure that the department maintains the highest standard of hygiene and safety levels.
- Availability across a 7 day week including nights as required during activations.
- A current NSW RSA and be willing to obtain WWCC clearance
- Strong Barista skills
- Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of point of sale
- Passion for great quality food, beverage and service.
