Rate: Up to $1,000/day + super
We are seeking an experienced property and facilities leader to take strategic ownership of a national multi-site portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead enterprise-wide property and accommodation strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities
* Provide executive oversight of national facilities management, workplace experience, and physical security
* Govern capital works, asset lifecycle planning, and infrastructure investment to deliver value and organisational resilience
* Manage strategic vendors and high-value contracts to ensure performance, value, and compliance
* Advise senior executives on property risk, compliance, and organisational strategy
* Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and long-term investment prioritisation
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary national team, driving capability and succession planning
Required Experience & Capabilities
* 10+ years' experience leading complex property or corporate real estate portfolios
* Proven ability to operate at executive level, influencing senior leaders and shaping strategic decisions
* Strong exposure to physical/security environments
* Experience managing multi-site teams and high-value vendor arrangements
* Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance, and workplace risk management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Australian Citizen, able to obtain Baseline Security.
