Role Overview: The "Full-Stack" Growth Specialist
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Growth & Partnerships Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical digital marketing and proactive business development. This is a unique "two-hats" role: you will own the digital acquisition funnel while simultaneously hitting the pavement to forge the strategic partnerships and relationships required to scale our products.
The ideal candidate is a technical marketer who isn't afraid of the "phone or the field"—someone willing to do whatever it takes to meet partners, close deals, and build a high-converting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship & Partnership Building: Proactively identify, forge, and manage strategic partnerships. You must be willing to get out of the office, meet stakeholders in person, and do "whatever it takes" to secure the deal.
Full-Funnel Digital Strategy: Own the technical build of the acquisition engine, from paid social campaigns to high-converting landing pages (ClickFunnels/WordPress style).
Technical Automation: Architect CRM workflows (ActiveCampaign/HubSpot) that support both automated digital leads and manual sales outreach.
Sales Copywriting: Write compelling, high-stakes copy for both digital ads and personalized B2B sales proposals.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Manage checkout configurations and payment gateways while ensuring the offline sales journey mirrors the seamless online experience.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyse CPA and LTV across both digital channels and partnership leads to identify the most profitable growth levers.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years in a hybrid Sales/Digital Marketing role, specifically within e-commerce or digital product growth.
Sales DNA: A proven track record of "hunting" and relationship management. You are comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face negotiations.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with funnel builders, WordPress, and complex CRM automation.
Persistence: A "get it done" attitude. You are a self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to come to you—you go out and find them.
Analytical: Proficient in Google Analytics and CRM reporting to track the ROI of both digital spend and partnership efforts.
