National Capital Private is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and professional team to cover maternity leave from September 2025 to September 2026.

As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing executive administrative support in various areas
2. Secretarial assistance to the Executive Team
3. Reception, patient, and VMO enquiry duties
4. Performing data collection, reporting, and billing tasks
5. Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minutes
6. Managing diary appointments, travel, and meeting bookings for executives
7. Conducting HR administration tasks including employee contracts, visa co-ordination, and onboarding
8. Maintaining HR file management and upkeep
9. VMO Credentialing
10. Acting as Payroll Coordinator for the hospital, including managing payroll enquiries
About National Capital Private Hospital:
Located in Garran, ACT, it is a 148-bed private hospital offering a range of acute services, including cardiac and general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, urology, plastics, and vascular surgery.
Requirements include:
* Executive administration experience in a hospital/healthcare environment
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work within a busy team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
