EP Australia is partnering with ARTRAGE to appoint a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next phase.
This is a leadership role with real scale and visibility, at a time of momentum, funding certainty and strong community connection.
The role The CEO will lead strategy, performance and organisational direction, while shaping the overall direction and success of ARTRAGE's programs and festivals.
Working closely with the executive team, the focus is to strengthen financial sustainability, grow partnerships, maintain strong government relationships and ensure the continued success and evolution of FRINGE WORLD.
Over time, the role will take a leading position in shaping the artistic and programmatic direction of the organisation. This is a role that requires both commercial discipline and creative judgement.
The candidate This role requires a proven leader who can operate in a complex, high-profile environment.
You will bring strong commercial capability, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a genuine connection to the arts and creative industries. You are comfortable engaging with creative outcomes and understand how cultural organisations shape cities, communities and identity.
