Based in O'Connor, WA, we're a fast-moving HVAC company servicing marine, commercial, and domestic clients across Perth and beyond. Take the Lead in HVAC with a company that values work-life balance.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing:
As a Service Technician/Leading Hand, you'll be a key leader in our service division, working on marine refrigeration, commercial HVAC, and domestic service & installations.
This is a hands-on and rewarding role for someone who loves the fast-paced nature of HVAC service work while enjoying a great work-life balance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of service clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.
* Diagnose, repair, and service commercial, marine, and domestic air conditioning & refrigeration systems.
* Work closely with our team, providing leadership and support to junior techs & apprentices.
* Commission and certify new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety & industry standards.
* Build strong client relationships, offering professional advice and solutions.
* Be a role model in upholding Treadies' values of teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
