**MEDICAL SECRETARY - NORTH ADELAIDE**

**A competitive salary and great opportunity exists for an experiences Medical Secretary, either on a part time or full time basis**

up to $32 p/hr + super depending on experience

Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

or part time (Monday Wednesday and Friday)

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Experience as a medical Secretary in a specialised clinic essential
- Medilink knowledge
- experience with Medical Typing
- Ability to multitask under pressure and prioritise easily
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Great attitude, initiative, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Vascular Specialist
- Scheduling appointments and keeping them on time in a clean and calm reception area
- Processing billing and payments, faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing documentation
- Liaising with Medicare and private health funds
- Organising theatre bookings
- Medical typing experience
- Our client provides prompt evaluation reports, including recommendations for intervention when clinical data is provided. By utilizing the latest equipment with experienced people to operate it and evaluate the results, they develop a chain of processes that helps them deliver promptly. They need a Medical Secretary with experience to join the clinic and work directly with the Vascular Specialist. Your role is essential to helping patients enjoy a warm reception while maintaining a smooth workflow for efficient performance._
