About the role/duties
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship safely and efficiently
* Managing project budgets, timelines and reporting on variations
* Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams
* Coordinating apprentices and tradespeople, ensuring quality and safety practices
* Organising supplier bookings, material orders and purchase orders
* Tracking task progress, defects and communicating updates to the Project Manager and clients
* Contributing to site meetings and continuous improvement of processes
* Promoting the business positively and building new client relationships
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4 years' experience in high-end residential constructionProven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of high-end residential projects valued at $1M+, from initial planning through to successful handover.
* Certificate IV Carpentry qualification or equivalent
* Experience managing, leading, and mentoring site teams
* White Card and thorough knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and site administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
