Registered Nurse Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at a Residential Services facility in Mount Gambier. As a key member of the care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care outcomes. You will engage with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met and provide compassionate support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive clinical care to residents, including assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
Requirements
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority.
* A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an aged care setting.
* Strong leadership skills, enabling effective engagement at all levels with clarity and empathy.
* Proficiency in IT, including AHPRA registration, and up-to-date Influenza vaccination status.
