**What awaits you?**
- You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining budget’s by following internal procedures, such as creating purchase orders and payment of invoices.
- You will be responsible for maintaining end user hardware life cycle including but not limited to laptops, desktop, printers, multi function devices and mobile devices
- You will be responsible for liaising with external vendors to get updated quotation and contract documents.
- You will be responsible for conducting annual/biannual control sets defined in eGRC system and update the results.
- You will drive the coordination and collection of documents required for internal and external auditors.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A Tertiary qualification in Commerce and Information Technology, Project Management or Information Systems.
- Strong working knowledge of the Software Delivery Life cycle (SDLC) using Agile.
- Possess practical experience with Vendor Management, Corporate Risk and Audits and Project Management.
- Well-developed customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience working in corporate environment advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
