Administrative Services Officer Role
We are seeking an Administrative Services Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of administrative functions including invoicing, meeting and event organisation, maintenance of policies and processes that support the team, and providing information to clients and stakeholders regarding our services.
* Demonstrated administrative and office support skills, with a high level of attention to detail;
* Strong coordination, time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders;
* Experience working in a legal or social services environment.
