Wasteman Rubbish Removal is a fast-growing waste management company servicing the Gold Coast. We are currently seeking a Driver & Waste Technician (MR Tipper Truck) with previous experience in labouring, removals, waste management or physically demanding roles to become part of our successful and energetic team.
This is more than just a driving job. You will be hands-on, customer-facing, and an important part of delivering safe, professional and environmentally responsible waste removal services.

About the Role
As a Driver & Waste Technician, you will:
* Safely operate an MR Tipper Truck across the Gold Coast
* Perform daily pre-start vehicle inspections
* Load and remove residential and commercial waste materials
* Safely lift and handle heavy materials
* Provide outstanding customer service on every job
* Identify hazardous and surchargeable materials
* Use CRM software and mobile apps
* Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment accountability
* Complete Daily Performance Logs and required paperwork
You will participate in daily team huddles and ongoing performance reviews as part of your 90-day onboarding and development pathway.

To Be Successful in This Role You Will:
* Hold a current MR Driver Licence (LR licence or above considered)
* Have a clean driving record
* Be physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
* Comply with company standards and safety guidelines
* Follow instructions and show initiative
* Work effectively within a team and independently when required
* Have strong communication skills
* Demonstrate a positive, “Can Do” attitude
* Be willing to work additional hours when required
* Be open to learning and coaching
