We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Branch Allocator to join our Service team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient coordination of field service operations through effective call allocation, system maintenance, and responsive communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate service calls to Field Service Technicians in line with branch KPIs.
* Respond to communications from technicians promptly and effectively.
* Log customer breakdown requests received from Service Technicians, as well as external and internal customers.
* Schedule PMP requests from external and internal customers and allocate PMP calls in line with the branch procedures.
* Maintain Field Service Technician details, customer details, and all other related system information as required ensuring that they are all up to date.
* Monitor and manage the service bookings inbox ensuring all emails are responded to within required timeframes.

* Relevant industry experience is desirable.
