You will own the vision for Jobpac ERP Connectivity and its mobile evolution, utilizing cutting‐edge AI and integrations to empower the largest constructors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end‐to‐end product roadmap, accelerating go‐to‐market efforts to deliver high‐impact features to teams working live on‐site.
* Lead the roadmap for connecting Jobpac workflows, creating a unified office‐to‐field and financial experience.
* Manage legislative compliance, product modernization, and strategic payroll logic for the Australian and New Zealand workforce management markets.
* Spearhead the ANZ connectivity strategy by transforming Jobpac into a central hub through robust API integrations and the AppXchange Marketplace.
* Drive the deployment of advanced AI financial analysis tools, providing customers with sophisticated, real‐time intelligence for job cost forecasting.
* Collaborate with global engineering and marketing teams to define product requirements and evangelise the Connected Construction vision to key accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in SaaS product management with a strong understanding of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.
* Solid background in construction finance or project management workflows, specifically within the ANZ market.
* Technical proficiency in managing product backlogs and a deep understanding of how APIs and middleware create platform ecosystems.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Hands‐on experience with Jobpac, Vista, or similar construction ERP platforms.
* Advanced expertise in data analytics and visualization tools.
* Deep knowledge of specific Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation such as STP or the Holidays Act.
