You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a portfolio of commercial assets.A snapshot of the role:* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise site performance* Manage Opex and Capex budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures* Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative and corrective maintenance programs* Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using JLL's Prism system* Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies* Oversee tenant move-ins, fit-outs, and move-outs* Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement**Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for.*** Extensive experience commercial property management (office / industrial)* Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills* Excellent leadership and team management abilities* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Crisis management and conflict resolution skills**What you can expect from us:**As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
