The Opportunity
We're currently working with a boutique agency seeking experienced Property Managers to join well‐structured and supportive agencies across Brisbane's inner north and North Brisbane.
In this role, you will manage a clean and well‐maintained residential portfolio while working within a collaborative team environment that prioritises support, professional development, and long‐term career progression.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing a residential portfolio of investment properties
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Advertising vacant properties and assisting with tenant selection
* Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring compliance with legislation
* Maintaining accurate records and providing updates to landlords
About You
* Minimum 1–2 years experience in residential property management
* Strong understanding of QLD Residential Tenancies legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
* Confident using property management software and cloud‐based systems
The Team & Culture
You'll be joining a tight‐knit team led by a hands‐on Head of Property Management who is passionate about training and supporting their staff to become specialists in their roles.
The current team structure includes a Senior Property Manager, Property Management Administrator, and additional support staff - ensuring Property Managers can focus on delivering high‐quality service rather than being overwhelmed with administrative tasks.
The portfolio is exceptionally well maintained, with many properties coming directly from a development pipeline - meaning newer homes, well‐presented tenants, and minimal legacy issues.
The agency places a strong emphasis on team wellbeing, offering flexibility when needed, opportunities to attend industry events and conferences, and a genuine focus on avoiding burnout while maintaining high performance.
