If you enjoy providing outstanding customer service and have experience within Industrial sales or a similar industry, then this is the role for you! In this position you will be required to provide premier customer service and offer timely solutions in resolving enquires with our valued internal and external customers. You will work within a small yet talented team in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions are valued. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Deal with all inbound Internal Sales enquiries Prepare customer quotes as required Process customer orders and invoices as required Assist new customers with product selection Answer telephones and respond to our clients’ queries which may include following up orders, responding to complaints or providing technical support Sourcing & offering alternative products Processing all specific customer credits from start to finish SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Have extensive experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Technical or Support functions Hydraulics experience or similar experience in an industrial setting preferable Be an excellent problem solver Come with great time management skills Have exceptional organisational skills Have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently WHY US Remuneration: Competitive salary offered $$$ (paid fortnightly) Permanent role: Work in a secure permanent, full-time role with career progression Well-established- Take pride in working for a long-standing world leader in the manufacturing hydraulics industry Professional development- Full training is provided in this role with career progression pathways Social culture- Enjoy working with a friendly team and supportive management Birthday leave- enjoy and celebrate how you want, it’s on us!
