About the roleThe primary function of the Head Chef is the efficient and safe operation of the galley, food services, and supervision of galley staff.Roster: 14.5 days on, 13.5 days offThe Head Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving meals for passengers and crew.
This involves breakfast shifts, working to schedules, managing the galley team in food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning of the crew mess, galley, storage areas, and maintenance of all galley equipment and utensils.
